SPANG Career Collective was founded by Sylvia Torres in 2020 as an online recruiting agency. We’ve served small businesses, start-ups, international corporations, and more. 

As recruiters, we often mediate between businesses and candidates providing exceptional support and resources to both parties. Naturally, we’ve grown to offer candidate career coaching, strategic talent consultation for businesses, and recruiting services and training.
