Hello there! I’m Sylvia Torres.
In the 15 years I’ve been in the recruiting industry, my unique and spiritual approach to hiring has opened doors to recruit for international corporations, startup companies, brand-new entrepreneurs, and six and seven-figure online business owners.
I started SPANG Career Collective to connect candidates, who are searching for meaningful work, to businesses searching for talented employees who grow with their company. We’ve continued to evolve realizing that our experience mediating between hiring managers and candidates put us in a prime position to train recruiters and also coach and support candidates.
We aim to humanize the hiring process for everyone involved. Our differences make us stronger.
